Job Summary: We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Queens, NY. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to clients based on their individual care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Administer medications as prescribed, following proper protocols and guidelines.
• Monitor clients' health status, record vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse.
• Prepare and serve meals according to clients' dietary needs.
• Offer companionship and emotional support, creating a positive and caring environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and observations made during each shift.

Requirements:

• Valid certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Previous experience as an LPN or similar role, preferably in a home care setting.
• Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care and establish rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
